The 26th edition of the Asia Ferroalloys Conference, held from April 8 to 10, 2025, in Bangkok, Thailand, marked a significant milestone for the ferroalloys industry across the region. As a premier event bringing together global stakeholders, the conference played a pivotal role in strengthening international trade relations and fostering cooperation within the ferroalloys and steel sectors.

The event welcomed over 800 industry participants from around the world, including producers, traders, analysts, and end-users. With a strong focus on market trends, pricing strategies, and future developments, the conference provided a strategic platform for networking, information exchange, and commercial negotiations.

Iran Ferroalloy Industries Company (Public J.S) proudly represented the Islamic Republic of Iran at the event. As the first and largest producer of ferrosilicon and microsilica in Iran and the Middle East—and a pioneer in exporting these products to international markets—the company continues to play a leading role in driving sustainable export growth and promoting non-oil trade.

Conference sessions featured insightful analyses on the global ferroalloys market, including supply-demand dynamics, pricing forecasts, and investment opportunities. In addition, panel discussions highlighted the latest advancements in production technologies, with an emphasis on sustainable practices and environmental stewardship.

Thailand, as the host country, underscored its commitment to green production and infrastructure expansion—notably through initiatives such as the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC). These efforts further positioned the country, and the wider Asian region, as a growing hub for the production and consumption of ferroalloys, attracting increased international attention from key markets including China, Japan, India, and Europe.

Participation in Asia Ferroalloys 2025 reaffirmed Iran Ferroalloy Industries Companys dedication to global engagement, technological innovation, and the advancement of sustainable industry practices.
